Bookkeeping & BAS · Australia-wide
Your books, reconciled. Your BAS, lodged on time.
Bookkeeping, BAS lodgement and payroll for sole traders and small companies, in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or whatever you already use. One registered BAS Agent looks after your file, for a fixed monthly fee agreed upfront.

- TPB registered BAS Agent
- Xero, MYOB & QuickBooks
- Clients in every state
- Fixed monthly fees
Services
Everything between your bank feed and the ATO.
Pick what you need. Most clients start with monthly bookkeeping and quarterly BAS, then add payroll when they take on staff.
Bookkeeping, in your software
Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or another package. Bank reconciliations, coding, receipts matched to transactions, supplier bills and customer invoices kept tidy. You get a clean set of books every month, not a scramble every quarter.
BAS & IAS lodgement
GST, PAYG withholding and PAYG instalments prepared, checked against your ICA, sent to you to sign, then lodged with the extended agent due dates.
Payroll & Single Touch Payroll
Pay runs, payslips, STP reporting, super through the clearing house and leave balances. Built for businesses with one or two employees.
Catch-up & clean-up
Behind by a quarter, or a year? I'll rebuild the file from bank statements, fix the opening balances and get your lodgements back up to date.
End of year, ready for your accountant
Balance sheet reconciled, payroll finalised and a tidy file handed to your tax accountant, so their bill is smaller too.
Who it's for
Small businesses, looked after properly.
I keep my client list deliberately small so every file gets proper attention. Any industry is welcome.
A good fit
- Sole traders, from tradies to consultants
- Pty Ltd companies with up to two staff
- Owners who'd rather be working than reconciling
- Anyone behind on BAS who wants it sorted
What you won't get
- Surprise invoices. The fee is fixed and agreed in writing
- Being passed between staff. You deal with me
- Jargon. Questions get plain-English answers
- Lock-in contracts
How it works
From first message to first lodgement.
A quick chat
Send the form below. I'll come back within one business day to ask about your business, the software you use and what's due.
A fixed quote
You get one monthly price and a written engagement letter that sets out exactly what's included. Sign it online in a couple of minutes.
Handover
Give me access to your accounting file and the ATO portal, then get back to work. Fees come out by direct debit each month, so there's nothing to chase.
FAQ
Common questions.
Which accounting software do you work with?
Most clients use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, and I work with all three. If you use something else, that's fine too. You can stay on the software you already know.
I'm not in your state. Does that matter?
No. Everything is done online through your accounting software and the ATO portal, so I can look after businesses in any state or territory.
What's the difference between a BAS Agent and an accountant?
A registered BAS Agent can prepare and lodge your BAS, IAS and payroll reporting and give advice on GST and PAYG. Your income tax return still goes to a tax agent or accountant, and I'll hand them a clean file at year end.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many transactions you have and what you need done. Send the form and you'll get a fixed monthly quote. The price doesn't change unless the work does.
I'm a few quarters behind. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up work is common. I'll quote it separately, bring your lodgements up to date, then move you onto a monthly plan if you want one.
